If you were worried that the sixth season of MTV's Jersey Shore would be boring because of a sober Situation and pregnant Snooki, worry not! Police officials in Seaside Heights, N.J., report that Deena Cortese was arrested Sunday afternoon.

Police Chief Tommy Boyd tells NBC 4 New York that Deena was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after an officer saw her hanging around in the middle of the street, slapping cars that were driving by. Par-tay!

"Nothing major, but we can't put up with it," Boyd said. "We don't treat the cast differently than anyone else."

Deena was later released with a summons.
