Demi Lovato made her first red carpet appearance last night at the HTC Status Phone Launch Party, looking healthy and glowing in a black dress as she smiled for the cameras. The former Disney star also took the time to chat with reporters and clear up some relationship rumors.
When asked if there was any truth behind the buzz that Demi and Ryan Phillippe were dating, Demi responded, "No. It’s all random stuff."
She also confirmed that she was single and that her focus was not on her relationship status.

"Right now I’m taking my music very seriously and I’m just focusing on that," she explained.
Demi just released her hit new single “Skyscraper” along with a music video, after battling an eating disorder in rehab earlier this year.
