Contrary to published reports, Demi Lovato is not back in rehab.
It was reported that the singer has checked into a Malibu treatment center, but Demi's rep told MTV News, "Demi's team confirmed it's untrue."

The Disney star bowed out of the spotlight last year to enter a treatment center and deal with her issues, including anorexia and cutting. In October 2010, she quit Twitter for the first time. She rejoined in May 2011, but Demi again left Twitter last weekend.
