Demi only needed a camera, a desert and some wind in her hair to sing out her message in "Skyscraper."
Her new single is a very personal message about her rising through challenges after she recently received treatment for an eating disorder.

E! News got the exclusive world premiere of the video and Demi explained to Ryan Seacrest that it was important to her to keep the video simple.
