Demi Lovato has been away undergoing treatment for "emotional and physical issues" since November, but hasn't forgotten to show some love to her fans for their support.

"I wish to thank all the friends and fans who voted for me for the People's Choice Awards and the Hot Hits Teen Stars of 2010," Demi wrote on Facebook over the weekend.
"I want to make sure my fans know how thankful I am for all their love, support and prayers during this difficult time," she added. "Thank you for standing beside me through it all."

The Disney star won two awards last week for Favorite Family TV Movie for Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam and Favorite TV Guest Star for her role on Grey's Anatomy.
It's not known when the 18-year-old starlet will be leaving treatment, but it sounds like she won't be forgetting about her fans!
