
Demi Moore Checked into Utah Treatment Facility for Addiction, Reports Say

While daughter Tallulah Willis celebrates her 18th birthday in L.A. today, new reports reveal that Demi Moore has checked herself into the Cirque Lodge in Utah to undergo treatment for addiction issues.

The 49-year-old allegedly headed to the facility in Sundance a week or so after a 911 call was placed from her L.A. home back in January claiming that Demi had collapsed and was having seizure like symptoms after “smoking something.”

Following the incident, a source from E! Online says that Demi realized, “that her way of coping with her stress was not working and she needed more help,” especially while going through a divorce from Ashton Kutcher.
