Demi Moore's Treatment at Sherman Oaks Hospital Already Over?

Just two days after seeking treatment for "exhaustion" and "overal health," Demi Moore has been released from the hospital.
E! News confirmed Demi is no longer being treated at Sherman Oaks Hospital. It is unclear whether that means Demi is done completey with treatment.

The actress, 49, was taken to the hospital on Monday night after her friend made a call to 911 because Demi was convulsing. Demi was believed to have had an epileptic seizure and was reportedly being treated for anorexia and substance abuse.

On Tuesday, Demi's rep released a statement to OK! saying "Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health. She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends."

E! News reports Demi has now left the hospital, the same day her estranged husband, Ashton Kutcher, is returning to L.A. from Brazil.
Perhaps he's heading home to be by Demi's side?
