At the Street Kings premiere Thursday night, Keanu Reeves confirmed that any hope of a Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure reunion is just that — hope.

Reeves shot to fame as the dim-witted Ted in the '80's cult classic, who, along with his buddy, Bill (played by Alex Winter), discovers a phone booth that's actually a time machine. The pair use the machine to travel through time, bringing back a group of historic figures to win their class history project. Reeves and Winter went on to star in the 1991 sequel, Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey.
