"We can confirm that Kimberly Quaid has filed for divorce. Contrary to what has been reported, a satisfactory settlement is being worked out for both parties," reps for Dennis tell E! Online.

Kimberly explains in a petition that "discord or conflict of personalities" are some of the reasons she is filing, citing irreconcilable differences. Kimberly also asks for spousal support and attorney fees in the document filed in court and wants the community assests to be evenly divided.

The couple, who have 4-year-old twins Thomas and Zoe, have already split their belongings for the time being — Kimberly is living in the house and driving the Mercedes, while Dennis is residing in the family's condo and has their Cadillac Escalade. Their Range Rover, sadly, is being shared between them.

A temporary custody agreement has been put into place and both parents have had equal time with their twins.
