Dexter star Michael C. Hall made an announcement Wednesday saying he was diagnosed with cancer, but that he is successfully completing treatment.
In his statement, Michael said he was fortunate to be diagnosed with a "treatable and curable condition," Hodgkin's lymphoma, and thanked the doctors and nurses who helped him for their expertise, the Associated Press reports.
A spokesman for the actor, Craig Bankey, said Michael's treatment will continued as planned and that the disease is in complete remission. He also said Michael will return to production on the fifth season of Dexter later this year.
