What goes well with an awards show like Teen Choice? A style lounge, of course. Red Carpet Events hosted the Teen Choice Style Lounge at the SLS Hotel in Los Angeles to get Hollywood's younger set ready for their big night, but it wasn't all about gifting goodies, raising awareness for the African Millenium Foundation was a top priority.

AMF is a non-profit committed to the social and economic empowerment of the people of Africa, targeting poverty, hunger and disease by providing the necessary tools for achieving self-sufficiency.
The style lounge provided the organization with the chance to promote their philanthropy as well as collect donations for the important cause.
But, of course, there were also plenty of fabulous gifts to be had. Dermalogica was on hand to get everyone red carpet glowing with the launch of their new Clear Start skincare line, formulated with teens in mind. Flips Audio handed out their super-cool headphones which go from your ears to speakers in one easy flip, and iKonic Precision Styling Tools aimed to make attendees perfectly coiffed at Teen Choice with their range of styling aids including curling wands, flat irons and hair dryers.

Clothes by C. Luce and tcec were a huge hit, particularly their cute and trendy dresses (many of which you can find on Modcloth). Good Girl tanks and tees, with amazing sayings like, "Running is dumb" and "I read your texts" were also highly coveted.
And for talent who are techies, Computer Apparel was gifting their clever hoodie and t-shirt sleeves for laptops and iPads.
