Upon the news that Kate Middleton was snapped sunbathing nude while vacationing with Prince William in the south of France, the Celebrity Apprentice star says the Duchess shouldn't have been so careless.

“Kate Middleton is great– but she shouldn’t be sunbathing in the nude– only herself to blame," he Tweeted yesterday. “Who wouldn’t take Kate’s picture and make lots of money if she does the nude sunbathing thing. Come on Kate!”

The reality star may be right, but the courts in France sided with the young royals. After a quickie court date, they ordered a stop on any further publication of Kate's topless photos.
