Earlier this week reports came out that mega-mogul and Apprentice star Donald Trump gifted a waiter at Santa Monica restaurant the Buffalo Club with a $10,000 tip on a $82.27 bill. Not true, says the Donald, who claims he wasn’t even in California at the time of the alleged major tip.
What’s more, he says, it was all a big publicity stunt on the part of the restaurant. “This was done by the stupid restaurant to get publicity,” he said. “…it’s not my signature.”
