It's a Twitter miracle! Donnie Wahlberg's Tweet was able to help find a sick New Kids on the Block fan a new kidney!

Bobbette Miller's best friend, Abbie, Tweeted at Donnie to raise awareness about her dire need to find a new kidney.
Donnie then asked his 183,000 followers for help by Tweeting the link.
The result?
Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where Bobbette was being treated, received a flood of phone calls!

The Boston Herald reports that six matches were found and Bobbette is now scheduled to have a kidney transplant in June.
But Donnie won't take all the credit and said it was a "team effort."
“It’s a testament to the value of Twitter when used for more than telling people what one is eating for dinner or using it to sell products by tweeting as an #endorser,” Donnie said.
