Don't Look for Jessica Simpson in the Online Personals

From Nick Lachey to John Mayer to Tony Romo, Jessica Simpson has had her heart broken in the public eye too many times to be healthy. But don't expect the blonde beauty to be going undercover online in her search for Mr. Right.

When OK! caught up with Jess in Manhattan on Tuesday, the Dukes of Hazzard star laughed off rumors that she'd given the anonymous world of cyber romance a try.

"Online dating?! Ha!" she laughed at the 16th annual QVC Presents FFANY Shoes on Sale to benefit breast cancer research. But the singer admitted that it works for some people. "Anybody who can find love online, I guess, so be it, but I've never tried to find love online."

Another thing Jess isn't rushing to do is replace her beloved pup Daisy, who was the victim of a fatal coyote attack last month. "Daisy means the world to me, and I hold her memory very, very close," she explained. "I haven't really thought about another dog yet, but maybe sometime. I'm sure she would want that."
