The pregnant star is set to marry actor Will Kopelman this evening. Drew and Will got engaged this past January, after dating for about a year. The couple held their rehearsal dinner last night at Montecito, Calif.'s San Ysidro Ranch; guests enjoyed the views of citrus trees and a lily pond. Sounds beautiful!
