The cute couple were spotted working out at West Hollywood's Equinox gym on April 15. In between sets of pull-ups, the adorable lovebirds paused for some serious make-out sessions! Well, they do say kissing burns calories.

"It was definitely a hot workout," an onlooker tells OK! with a wink! With their heart rates racing like this Drew and Justin must be the fittest pair in Hollywood!
