Hot Mamma
1.5 cups Cuca Fresca Ouro (gold)
3/4 cup Boiron Passion Fruit Puree
3/4 cup simple syrup (1 part water:1 part sugar, dissolved)
1/2 cup fresh lime juice (fresh squeezed)
Classic Caipirinha
2 cups Cuca Fresca Prata (silver)
1 cup fresh lime juice (fresh squeezed is a must—lime juice from a jar will ruin the cocktail)
1 cup simple syrup (1 part water:1 part sugar, dissolved)
Combine all ingredients in a pitcher. Shake each cocktail with ice and two cubes fresh lime. Pour, without straining, into a rocks glass and add ice as needed.
