Live from the network’s Times Square studio in New York City, Tila counts down the minutes with MTV VJs Damien Fahey and Lyndsey Rodrigues. Dig the vibes of Mary J. Blige, Good Charlotte, Boys Like Girls and others alongside an in-studi oaudience in masquerade attire.

New Year’s Eve With Carson Daly (11:35 p.m., NBC): Alicia Keys and Lenny Kravitz are tapped to perform with the Last Call host.
