Dwyane Wade's estranged wife, Siohvaughn Funches, is suing $50,000 in damages against his alleged girlfriend Gabrielle Union while their divorce battle rages on.

Chicago Sun-Times reports that Siohvaughn alleges Dwyane's new galpal Gabrielle has caused her two children emotional distress.

She claims that during an unsupervised visit to Dwayne's home the actress "engaged in sexual foreplay" with Dwyane in front of his sons, Zaire, 8, and Zion, 2.

Dwyane allegedly introduced Gabrielle to his sons as his "girlfriend" and said "that is why your mom and I are going to divorce."

Siohvaughn claims this has caused health problems to her oldest son such as headaches, hair loss, stress and anxiety.

"I am deeply saddened and disappointed that Siohvaughn has used our sons once again as pawns and is now lashing out at Gabrielle, who is an innocent party," Dwyane told TMZ. "It is clear that this is a desperate attempt to retaliate against me for seeking sole custody of our children and requesting that the court have her undergo a psychiatric examination."

"My primary concern is my children and actions such as this only inflame the situation and are harmful to their well being," he added.
