Eek! Lindsay Lohan Loses Probation and Could Face Jail Time--Again!

—  Lindsay Lohan's lawyer Shawn Holley after a judge decided today that LiLo violated her probation when she hit a dump truck with her Porsche six months ago. Her next court date is January 15th and she faces 245 days in jail if convicted.
