Elisabetta Canalis and her pro partner Val Chmerkovskiy made their obligatory appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night after their Dancing With the Stars elimination. And despite saying goodbye to DWTS in week two, Elisabetta remained bubbly and upbeat, attributing her dismissal to not being American.
"I think that of course we don't have a big fan base as everyone else, because I'm not American, I'm not a celebrity here," George Clooney's ex told host Jimmy Kimmel.
Elisabetta and Val's performance was much improved from week one, landing them with a solid 21 on the leader board. The Italian stunner thought she was safe, and reveals she didn't even vote for herself Monday night.
"I didn't vote for myself," she said. "I thought I was safe. I was at the restaurant, and my phone didn't have battery so I couldn't call."

Despite the footage ABC aired of the dancing duo fighting, Val and Elisabetta maintain they are close friends.
"We got along really well...she's amazing," Val gushed, with Elisabetta quipping, "It's not easy to teach me to dance"
Jimmy also asked Elisabetta about Khloe Kardashian Odom's Twitter diss during week one, which slammed Elisabetta for not being in the bottom two when her brother Rob Kardashian was.
But Elisabetta didn't pay attention to the diss.
"Rob actually is very sweet, and I think they were just supporting their brother," she said.
And despite everything, Elisabetta was grateful for the experience.
"I had a lot of fun," she shared. "I want to thank everybody"
