In 1997 writer Kevin Sussums interviewed Elizabeth for a cover story of a magazine dedicated to AIDS activism. According to The Daily Beast (via PopEater), she dished a dark secret about James and swore the writer to secrecy!
She confessed, "I loved Jimmy. I'm going to tell you something, but it's off the record until I die. OK? When Jimmy was 11 and his mother passed away, he began to be molested by his minister."
