Sir Elton John is a father in the truest sense of the word. After all, his name is officially on the birth certificate of newborn son Zachary, born via a surrogate!

According to PopEater, although the surrogate mother signed confidential papers that her identity will never be revealed, the birth certificate was able to reveal another identity! That's right, Elton is indeed the genetic father to Zachary, born on Christmas Day. The baby was born in California because it is the only place where a couple using a surrogate is considered legal parents even when the baby is still in the womb and hasn't been born yet.
