Blake Lively and Emma Watson both worked the red carpet with ferocious fashion last night at the 2011 Elle Style Awards at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London. Blake rocked a long, drapey blue strapless gown, while Emma flirted with photographers in a short, sassy cut-out number.
