Emma Watson Casts a Spell Over Chanel

Chanel is about to get put under a new spell.

Harry Potter star Emma Watson has been named the new face of Chanel's Coco Mademoiselle perfume, according to The Mirror.

Pocketing a cool $6 million contract, the 18-year-old will provide her services for the Parisian fashion and comestics empire for two years.

Emma, of course, is not the first famous face to rep the brand. She follows in the fragrant footsteps of Nicole Kidman, Chanel's No. 5 pitchwoman, and Keira Knightley, whose contract with Coco Mademoiselle terminates this summer.

The sixth installment in the Harry Potter film series, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, opens Nov. 21.
