Actor Mel Gibson, who is currently under investigation for domestic violence and has just been dropped by his agents, admits to hitting ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva and threatens to kill her in a disturbing audio tape circulating the Internet today. WARNING — STRONG LANGUAGE! NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART!

The eight-minute recording posted Monday by Radar Online is allegedly a heated phone argument between Mel and  then-girlfriend Oksana.

An angry voice sounding distinctively like the actor yells at the alleged Oksana, saying she “deserved” to be hit after she scolded him for allegedly punching her in the face and breaking two of her teeth, while holding their newborn daughter, Lucia, now eight months.

“What kind of a man is that?” she is heard saying. “Hitting a woman when she’s holding a child in her hands? Breaking her teeth twice in the face! What kind of man is that?”

“Oh, you’re all angry now!” Mel responds. “You know what, you … f***ing deserved it!”

This tape could be a strong piece of evidence against the Oscar-winning actor, who is headed to court for a domestic violence case.

In the new tape, an out-of-control Mel screams to the point where he is out of breath and incapable of speaking.

There are also two distinct death treats in the tape, which could mean even more legal trouble for the actor.

As the disturbing tape goes on, the former couple’s argument grows worse and worse and Oksana tells Mel, “You’re gonna answer one day, boy, you’re gonna answer.”

“I’m not the one to threaten,” she adds.

Mel responds furiously with a comment that could be described as a death threat.

“Threaten ya? I’ll put you in a f ***in rose garden you c**t! You understand that? Because I’m capable of it. You understand that?”

Unfortunately, it seems like this nasty dispute is just heating up.
