Erin's lawyer, Marshall Grossman from the law firm Bingham & McCutchen, told TMZ that Michael allegedly called hotels "where Erin was working in order to locate her and her room number -- and some of the hotels revealed that information, permitting him to target her."
Michael, a 47-year-old divorced father, was arrested at the Chicago O'Hare International airport.
Grossman told Good Morning America that Erin and her stylist figured out where and when the images were shot by looking at the designer jeans she wore in some of the videos.
