Actress and model Estella Warren is not having the best year. She's been charged with driving under the influence, hit-and-run, battery on a police officer and resisting police during a scuffle lst month when she supposedly hit a police officer and tried to flee!

According to The Los Angeles Times, when she was arrested last month she refused to submit to a chemical test after she hit a bunch of cars with her Prius! The cops described her as highly uncooperative and belligerent. As if that wasn't enough, she allegedly hit one officer in the face!

After the Planet Apes actress was at the police station, Estella found a way to get out of her handcuffs and then tried to escape. On June 17 she'll be arraigned in Super Court.
