Last night at the Television Critics Association summer tour in Beverly Hills, Robert F. Kennedy's widow, Ethel Kennedy, gave the thumbs-up to grandson Conor dating Taylor Swift. And it didn't stop there...

After a reporter asked about the country crooner becoming a Kennedy someday, she quipped, "We should be so lucky."
Then, when it appeared she was going to talk further, her daughter Rory jumped in and said, "You can leave it at that."

Rory made a documentary about her mother, Ethel, which will premiere this October on HBO. The doc paints an image of her mother's sassy side — still on display with the Taylor question. The film also showcases her parents' courtship, the presidency of John F. Kennedy, and her father's bid for presidency.
