Yesterday reports surfaced that Tony filed for divorce in Texas, but today Eva told Extra's Mario that she is the one who filed the papers.
Not only was Eva the one to file, but she also confirmed to Mario that she discovered hundreds of text messages from another woman on her husband's phone. The woman turned out to be the wife of one of his NBA teammates.
