Eva Longoria's Ready to Wed Eduardo Cruz!

By any measure, Eva Longoria has had a turbulent year. In January she endured a very public divorce from NBA star Tony Parker — a split that hit Eva especially hard because, as she says, she believes in being “married happily ever after.” But despite all that, Eva is happier than ever these days, and OK! has the reasons why in this week's new issue!
Meanwhile, ABC has just announced that next season will be the last for Desperate Housewives, the show that put Eva on the Hollywood map. But despite these setbacks, Eva was positively radiant in an exclusive interview with Daphne Barak — in Marbella, Spain, at a star-studded gala for Eva’s Heroes, the actress’ charity.

Why does Eva have her glow on? The 36-year-old Texan told Daphne she has found her way back to happiness. “I’m keeping myself very busy,” she said.
Apart from Eva’s Heroes (which benefits teens and young adults with mental disadvantages), she’s active in the fight against the illegal trafficking of minors and she recently published a cookbook, Eva’s Kitchen: Cooking With Love for Family and Friends.

But the main reason for her joy is the true love Eva tells pals she has found with decade-younger singer Eduardo Cruz. Indeed, at the gala, while celebrities and socialites filled the room, Eva and Eduardo treated each other like they were the only two people in the world, at one point sharing a passionate kiss.
Their love is apparent. Close friends feel the pair is ready to wed, and this time Eva will have her fairy-tale ending. As her pal, actress Maria Bravo, told Daphne, “Eva is very happy with Eduardo. We all should be so lucky!”
