Sultry screen siren Eva Mendes has worked with her fair share of hot actors, including Denzel Washington and Johnny Depp. But she says her We Own the Night co-star, Joaquin Phoenix, is the sexiest.

So what was it like sharing a sex scene with him? “It was nerve-wracking, but he’s my buddy,” she says at the Gotham magazine party Oct. 11. “He’s my friend. He completely supported me through it. He’s an old pro.”
