EAT: Dine alfresco at Race Lane in East Hampton. With mouthwatering short ribs and organic chicken, it’s a low-key date night fave for locals like Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos. For lunch, pick up a lobster roll at East End Clambakes, a spot Leonardo DiCaprio has been known to frequent.
PARTY: After dark, Southampton’s AXE Lounge at 1181 North Sea Road attracts the hottest young stars on Friday and Saturday nights. Kourtney Kardashian, whose boyfriend Scott Disick grew up in the Hamptons, and Paris Hilton, who stays at her family’s nearby estate, have both been spotted recently.
