The Backdoor Teen Mom porn star will be hosting the kick-off party for the 2013 Gentlemen’s Club Owners EXPO & Tradeshow on August 20. The event will be held at the hotspot Crazy Horse III in Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, so it should be interesting—to say the least.

As OKMagazine.com reported, Farrah recently got caught on camera in an Omaha club kissing another girl and running around in only a nightie. So something tells us that in August we can fully expect to see pictures of Farrah cavorting with some of the hundreds of scantily clad female entertainers on Crazy Horse III's stages and giant dance platform.
