The Black Eyed Peas singer flaunted her fabulous curves and killer abs while posing in a multi-colored bikini. Fergie posted the sexy photo of herself on Twitter yesterday, writing, "¡Adiós Cancún!"
So how does Fergie look so incredible? Well, the girl breaks a sweat whenever she can!
Fergie recently revealed that she loves to jump rope on The Rachael Ray Show: "I work out four times a week, and you know, I get bored, so I hike outside and I walk uphill to squeeze those glutes, put on music, jump rope, with a double sports bra— yeah — double sports bra is key for the jump rope," she added. "Keep it interesting — that's the key. Gotta have music."
