Last night we reported that Justin Bieber was rushed to a hospital in London after collapsing on stage, and now, the morning after, there's some good news and some not so good news. The good news? The Biebs is still alive and kicking. He even posted this photo on his Instagram in the only way he knows how — shirtless— with the caption "Getting better listening to Janice Joplin."

Now for the bad news. TMZ is reporting that while Justin was hospitalized, his "friend" Lil Twist crashed his Fisker Karma — which is like, a $100,00 car — into two cement poles outside a liquor store in California. Then, Lil Twist got into a BMW that pulled up, fleeing the scene and leaving the car behind.
