FIRST LOOK: Hugh Jackman Filming 'The Wolverine'

This is defiinitely not the clean-cut Hugh Jackman that we are used to seeing.

The hot Australian actor is usually showing off his debonair look with slick hair, especially after filming his role as Jean Val Jean in the upcoming Les Miserables, but Hugh was sporting a different look while filming The Wolverine in his homeland of Australia today. Sporting long hair and a bushy beard, the actor has fulled taken on his Wolverine character. We bet no one would recognize him if he was just walking past them on the street.

With superhero movies blasting through this summer like The Avengers, The Amazing Spider-Man and The Dark Knight Rises, it's no surprise that yet another X-Men character movie is on the way.

The Wolverine is the sequel to the critically panned X-Men Origin — Wolverine, so producers have been pretty quiet about their plans for this new film. What we do know is The Wolverine aka Logan heads to Japan to train with a samurai warrior. Why he is sporting this bushy look... is not quite clear.
