Cheryl Cole has clearly won over the television bigwigs - ahead of her rumored move to the US version of X Factor.
British goddess, Cheryl Cole, has been described as a "terrific" X Factor judge by Peter Rice, who heads up the entertainment department at Fox, the network that will host the show.
