Gabrielle Giffords Resigns from Congress

Merely days after the one-year anniversary from the horrible shooting in Arizona, Gabrielle Giffords has announced she'll resign from Congress.

NEWS: GABRIELLE GIFFORDS GETS "FIRED UP" BY U2'S "BEAUTIFUL DAY" DURING HER RECOVERY In a statement released yesterday, according to RadarOnline she indicated, "I have more work to do on my recovery, so to do what is best for Arizona, I will step down this week." OK! NEWS: THE LATEST NEWS ON REP. GABRIELLE GIFFORDS' CONDITION Gabrielle courageously surmounted the odds and battled back from the gunshot to her brain when she was shot last year. She'll submit her resignation letter this week and will attend President Obama's State of the Union address tomorrow night where, no doubt, she'll receive a standing ovation!
