She's got the adoration of millions of "Little Monsters," but there's one very special man especially close to Lady Gaga's heart, her on again, off again, now on again boyfriend, Luc Carl. So who exactly is this NYC bartender who has captured the attention of the entertainment world?

PopEater takes a closer look at Luc, who still bartends at St. Jerome's in NYC, where he met and hung out with Gaga back when she was still Stefanie Germanotta.
Luc, 29, was born in Nebraska, says PopEater, and the proprietor of a fitness-esque blog called DrunkDiet.com. His Twitter bio lists him as an "author, night club manager, long distance runner, promoter, musician, DJ, bartender, certified personal trainer, and semi-pro bowler in New York City."

It seems he's got a bit of Gaga's sense of humor too, Tweeting such classics as, "If you fear vegetables you will never s**t."
