Gary was arrested after he left a restaurant without paying his bill in Biloxi, Miss., E! News reports.
According to Major Vandy Mitchell of the Harrison County Sheriff's Department in Biloxi the incident occurred Tuesday night around 10:40 p.m. at Jazzeppi's restaurant.
"He walked out without paying his bill and they called the police," Mitchell explained to E! News.
Gary was taken into custody and charged with defrauding an innkeeper, which is a felony since the check was over $25.
