There’s no such thing as a free lunch and Gary Collins recently learned that the hard way.
Gary was arrested after he left a restaurant without paying his bill in Biloxi, Miss., E! News reports.
According to Major Vandy Mitchell of the Harrison County Sheriff’s Department in Biloxi the incident occurred Tuesday night around 10:40 p.m. at Jazzeppi’s restaurant.
“He walked out without paying his bill and they called the police,” Mitchell explained to E! News.
Gary was taken into custody and charged with defrauding an innkeeper, which is a felony since the check was over $25.
He spent the night in jail and then was released on $5,000 bail.
This isn’t Gary’s first run-in with the law. In October, authorities put out an APB for his arrest for misdemeanor hit-and-run.
Then in November, he was issued a $100,000 arrest warrant for missing a progress report hearing in his 2007 DUI case.
