Gene Simmons might be shopping online next year during the busy holiday rush. A couple claim the rocker assaulted them after they tried to videotape him at an L.A. mall, the Associated Press reports, and now they've filed a civil suit against the legendary KISS rocker.
The couple said the KISS bassist attacked them, threatened them and took their video camera after they starting filming him at The Grove mall on Saturday.
A police report was filed as well as a restraining order against Gene on Wednesday, but that was denied.
According to the application for the restraining order, Matthew Nezhad asked Gene what his views on monogamy were and Gene responded by telling him to get his shot and leave. The report then said that Gene attacked Matthew, took his camera and turned on his wife Cynthia Manzo when she tried to take it back.
