
George Clooney & Elisabetta Canalis Announce Split: "It's Very Difficult"

Rejoice, ladies! Hollywood's most eligible bachelor is newly single. George Clooney and Elisabetta Canalis have announced they have decided to end their relationship after two years together.
"We are not together anymore," the former couple said in a joint statement, via Entertainment Tonight. "It’s very difficult and very personal and we hope everyone can respect our privacy.”

Rumors of a split between the 50-year-old silver fox and his 32-year-old Italian model girlfriend have been raging for weeks.
They were last spotted out together a week ago, dining in Como, Italy, with friends.
George is busy filming his new flick Gravity, opposite pal Sandra Bullock. The upcoming movie is considered a space drama, a new genre for both actors.
