Ah, to be rich, famous and have a really great body! George Clooney and his super hot girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis soaked up the sun on the beach in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico on Monday. And despite already being content to just sunbathe, Elisabetta looked thrilled to see her sister Gabriella Canalis!
