George Clooney & Stars Celebrate in Toronto

Move over, Venice! Step aside, Cannes. When it comes to premiering movies on an international platform and partying it up in the big city, there's nothing quite like the Toronto International Film Festival. Considering past Oscar winners for Best Picture have emerged from the festival (think Crash and Slumdog Millionaire), TIFF has become quite a star for fodder in itself. As the cosmopolitan city buzzes from its mecca of restaurants or five Chinatowns (yes, five), celebrities including George Clooney and crew turned up the heat with festivities in TO.

Although the film festival not only highlights the countless international films at TIFF through next Sunday, aside from the big screen in majestic theaters with plush seats like the Elgin and Winter Garden Theater, there's of course, the night life.

According to The New York Post, on Saturday night George was spotted with his new sweetheart Stacy Keibler at a Fox Searchlight and Vanity Fair party after the screening of his movie, The Descendants.

Next, they wound up at the Grey Goose and Soho House Pop-Up Lounge, a temporary club housed in a loft-like space. Sources saw him "rubbing Keibler's back" and "sharing a plate of food." As for their posse, they hung out with Bono. Keira Knightley and her boyfriend James Righton weren't too far away as they shared a couch together at the fete.

As the night grew into morning, they were joined by George's Ides of March costar Ryan Gosling, as well as Anna Faris, Evan Rachel Wood, Jon Hamm and Kirsten Dunst.
