When it comes to Sandra Bullock and George Lopez's friendship, it's the perfect balance of give and take and right now it's George's turn to give.

George has been making frequent visits to Sandra to give her the support she needs.
"She's my fairy godmother," George told E!'s Daily 10 show (via PopEater) on why he's been visiting Sandra. "She knows how much I care about her. And, you know, when times are tough, friends step up."
