Giuliana Rancic Says She Hopes Third Time of IVF Will Be "A Charm"

Giuliana Rancic has a baby plan in place. The E! News host is open to surrogacy or adoption, but hopes that her third round of IVF will be "a charm."

It's no secret that Giuliana and her husband Bill Rancic have been trying to get pregnant through in vitro fertilization twice now. But the Giuliana & Bill reality stars are going to give it one more try.

"We're definitely going to do IVF again in the near future," Giuliana explained to E! News. "If it doesn't work, that will have been three times — but I think third time's a charm."

"I feel good about the third time!" she added.

But if that doesn't work, she has other options.

"At that point, we will either do surrogacy or go right to adoption," she said.

And Giuliana said she'd love to adopt a child from her hometown of Naples, Italy.

"I would love to find some kid in the area... someone, anyone who needs a home and give them a life here in America," Giuliana explained. "The thing with adoption is, it's where your heart takes you. Like when Angelina Jolie adopted from another country... How can you tell a woman where she should go look for her baby?"
