With only a few days to go before their Labor Day wedding, E!'s and fiancé Bill Rancic enjoyed a romantic escape from the hustle and bustle last weekend, running off to the St. Regis Resort, Monarch Beach, in Dana Point, Calif. The occasion? Giuliana's 33rd birthday, of course. To celebrate, the attractive pair enjoyed a couples Swedish massage at Spa Gaucin and feasted on a sumptuous sunset dinner at the resort's Stonehill Tavern.
